Beyond your first level

Find out how main levels, community levels, the icon kit and the unfinished Web Dashers editor differ.

Main levels

Use the central Play button for the built-in level selection. The project includes Geometry Dash 2.1-era main-level content in its browser demo. Pick an opening you can repeat reliably before moving into faster or more unfamiliar sections. Do not assume that all physics and objects match the full game exactly.

Community levels

Online-level tools let you look beyond the main selection. Search results and downloads depend on the game provider’s backend and can fail independently of this website. If the menu works but an online search does not, return to a built-in course. Repeatedly reloading the entire player will not necessarily restore an unavailable upstream service.

Change your icon

The icon kit gives you different character looks and colors. Open character selection from the main menu and try a high-contrast combination that is easy to track against the background. The project notes that its icon collection does not include all Geometry Dash 2.2 icons. A missing icon is not evidence that your browser has lost a save.

Try a small editor experiment

The editor is an early implementation. Begin with a small, simple arrangement, test it, and learn which controls are available before investing in a long course. Some objects, animations and coloring are incomplete. This site does not provide its own cloud-save service or a recovery system for editor work.

Understand the beta

Practice mode and slope behavior are also being developed. An unusual collision or incomplete tool may already be a known limitation. Keep notes on the level and the action that caused a problem. A concise description is more useful for troubleshooting than assuming that a difficult section must be impossible.
